1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

Existillery(이하 "회사")는 Distill 앱(이하 "서비스")의 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하는 개인정보는 다음 목적 이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.
Existillery (hereinafter "the Company") processes personal information for the following purposes in providing the Distill app (hereinafter "the Service"). Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below, and if the purpose changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.
- 회원 가입 및 관리: 회원제 서비스 이용에 따른 본인 식별, 회원자격 유지 및 관리, 서비스 부정이용 방지
- 서비스 제공: 콘텐츠 제공, 미션 참여, 커뮤니티 기능 제공
- 고충 처리: 민원인의 신원 확인, 민원사항 확인, 사실 조사를 위한 연락 및 통지, 처리결과 통보
- Account registration and management: identity verification, membership maintenance and management, prevention of fraudulent use
- Service provision: content delivery, mission participation, community features
- Grievance handling: identity verification, inquiry confirmation, investigation contact and notification, result notification
2. Google Sign-In and User Data
Distill uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we only access your email address, display name, and profile picture to create and manage your account. We do not request access to any other Google services or data (such as contacts, calendars, or Drive files). Your Google credentials are handled securely through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol and are never stored on our servers.

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집합니다.
The Company collects the following personal information for service provision.
- 필수항목: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 프로필 사진(선택 시), Google 계정 정보(Google 로그인 사용 시)
- 자동 수집 항목: 기기 정보(OS, 기기 모델), 앱 버전, 접속 로그, 서비스 이용 기록
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성되는 정보: 미션 응답(사진, 영상), 커뮤니티 활동 기록
- Required items: email address, nickname, profile photo (if provided), Google account information (if using Google Sign-In)
- Automatically collected items: device information (OS, device model), app version, access logs, service usage records
- Information generated through service use: mission responses (photos, videos), community activity records
4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

회사는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집 시에 동의받은 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리 및 보유합니다.
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information prescribed by law or agreed upon at the time of collection.
- 회원 탈퇴 시: 즉시 파기 (단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보존)
- 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따른 보존: 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 5년, 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 3년
- 통신비밀보호법에 따른 보존: 접속 로그 기록 3개월
- Upon account deletion: immediately destroyed (except where retention is required by applicable law)
- Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: records of contracts or subscription withdrawal for 5 years, records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution for 3 years
- Under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: access log records for 3 months
5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Section 1 and provides personal information to third parties only in cases where the data subject consents or where special provisions of law apply.
6. 개인정보의 파기

회사는 개인정보 보유 기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구 및 재생할 수 없도록 기술적 방법을 이용하여 파기합니다.
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose. Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery and reproduction.

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
Users may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information at any time.
- 앱 내 설정 메뉴를 통해 직접 열람, 정정, 삭제가 가능합니다.
- 계정 삭제를 요청하시면 관련 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

- 개인정보 암호화: 비밀번호 등 중요 정보는 암호화하여 저장 및 관리
- 해킹 등에 대비한 기술적 대책: SSL/TLS 암호화 통신, 접근 통제 시스템 운영
- 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한: 개인정보를 처리하는 인원의 최소화 및 접근 권한 관리
- Encryption of personal information: important information such as passwords is encrypted for storage and management
- Technical measures against hacking: SSL/TLS encrypted communication, access control system operation

이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 3월 31일부터 적용됩니다. 변경 시에는 앱 내 공지사항 또는 웹사이트를 통해 고지할 예정입니다.
This Privacy Policy is effective from March 31, 2026. Any changes will be announced through in-app notices or the website.
