제1조 (목적)

Article 1 (Purpose)

이 약관은 Existillery(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Distill 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Existillery (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of the Distill app service (hereinafter "the Service").

제2조 (정의)

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 Distill 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 서비스를 말합니다.
2. "이용자"란 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
3. "회원"이란 서비스에 가입하여 이용자 아이디(ID)를 부여받은 자를 말합니다.
4. "미션"이란 호스트가 커뮤니티 멤버들에게 발행하는 일일 과제를 말합니다.
5. "응답"이란 회원이 미션에 대해 제출하는 사진, 영상 등의 콘텐츠를 말합니다.

1. "Service" refers to the Distill mobile application and related services provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered for the Service and been assigned a user ID.
4. "Mission" refers to daily tasks published by hosts to community members.
5. "Response" refers to content such as photos and videos submitted by members in response to missions.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

1. 이 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다.
2. 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 앱 내 공지사항 또는 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다.
3. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

1. These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and amended Terms will be announced through in-app notices or the website.
3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw.

제4조 (회원 가입)

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. 이용자는 회사가 정한 양식에 따라 필요한 정보를 기입하고, 이 약관에 동의함으로써 회원 가입을 신청합니다.
2. 회사는 Google OAuth 등 소셜 로그인을 통한 회원 가입을 제공할 수 있습니다.
3. 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 회원 가입을 거부할 수 있습니다.
   • 타인의 정보를 도용한 경우
   • 필수 정보를 허위로 기재한 경우
   • 기타 서비스 운영에 지장을 초래하는 경우

1. Users apply for membership by providing necessary information in the format prescribed by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
2. The Company may provide membership registration through social login such as Google OAuth.
3. The Company may refuse membership registration in the following cases:
   • Using another person's information
   • Providing false required information
   • Other cases that interfere with service operation

제5조 (서비스의 제공)

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

The Company provides the following services.

• 커뮤니티 기반 소셜 리추얼 서비스
• 일일 미션 발행 및 참여 서비스
• 사진 및 영상 응답 서비스
• 개인 활동 로그 서비스
• 기타 회사가 정하는 서비스

• Community-based social ritual service
• Daily mission publishing and participation service
• Photo and video response service
• Personal activity log service
• Other services as determined by the Company

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

Article 6 (User Obligations)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

Users shall not engage in the following activities.

• 타인의 개인정보를 부정하게 수집, 이용하는 행위
• 서비스를 이용하여 법령, 공서양속에 반하는 행위
• 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 모욕하는 행위
• 음란, 폭력적이거나 청소년에게 유해한 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 회사의 지적재산권 또는 타인의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위

• Illegally collecting or using others' personal information
• Activities that violate laws or public morals through the Service
• Defaming or insulting others
• Posting obscene, violent, or harmful content for minors
• Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
• Infringing on the Company's or others' intellectual property rights

제7조 (콘텐츠의 관리)

Article 7 (Content Management)

1. 이용자가 서비스에 게시한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
2. 회사는 서비스 운영, 홍보 등의 목적으로 이용자의 콘텐츠를 서비스 내에서 노출할 수 있습니다.
3. 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 콘텐츠를 사전 통지 없이 삭제하거나 이동시킬 수 있습니다.
   • 관련 법령에 위반되는 콘텐츠
   • 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠
   • 기타 이 약관 및 회사 정책에 위반되는 콘텐츠

1. Copyright of content posted by users on the Service belongs to the respective users.
2. The Company may display user content within the Service for service operation and promotional purposes.
3. The Company may delete or relocate content falling under the following categories without prior notice:
   • Content that violates applicable laws
   • Content that infringes on others' rights
   • Other content that violates these Terms or Company policies

제8조 (서비스의 중단)

Article 8 (Service Suspension)

회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 가능한 한 사전에 공지합니다.

The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures. Prior notice will be given when possible.

제9조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실)

Article 9 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

1. 회원은 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 즉시 처리합니다.
2. 회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보 및 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
3. 회사는 회원이 이 약관에 위반한 경우 사전 통지 후 회원 자격을 제한 또는 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

1. Members may request withdrawal at any time through in-app settings, and the Company will process it immediately.
2. Upon withdrawal, personal information and user-generated content will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. The Company may restrict or revoke membership after prior notice if a member violates these Terms.

제10조 (면책조항)

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. 회사는 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 서비스를 매개로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무가 없으며, 이로 인한 손해를 배상할 책임이 없습니다.
2. 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 관련 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through the Service, and is not liable for any resulting damages.
2. The Company is not liable in connection with the use of services provided free of charge, unless otherwise specifically provided by applicable law.

제11조 (준거법 및 관할법원)

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

이 약관의 해석 및 분쟁 해결에 관하여는 대한민국 법률을 적용하며, 서비스 이용 관련 분쟁의 관할법원은 민사소송법상의 관할법원으로 합니다.

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and resolution of disputes. The court of jurisdiction for disputes related to service use shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

부칙

Supplementary Provisions

이 약관은 2026년 3월 31일부터 시행됩니다.

These Terms are effective from March 31, 2026.
